My app store not opening.

My app store not opening, its loading but its not opening. I'm using iphone 4 right now and it has iOS6 . please help me as soon as possible. I'm facing this probem from past 2 weeks. I tried to reset network settings, i restarted my phone many a times, but nothing happened. what shall i do?
