I own an I-phone and have the "find my phone" service activated. I registered my I-pad to gain some apps, but I never did establish the "find my I-pad" system. Could I still locate the I-pad when it is on in a wi-fi zone?

If you didn't turn on Find my iPhone on the iPad, you can't track your iPad. Find my iPhone on your Apple ID can only track the iPhone, but not the iPad
