invalid key length

Hello everybody. I have troubles with my macmini after upgrading Mac OS to 10.7.5. Every shutdown before it needs to be powered off I have "kernel panic" message. After couple reboots I decided to rollback to 10.7.3 (which I had before) but my mac didn't started. I booted from recovery partition and run Disk Utility. Verification of Macintosh HD partition showed message "Invalid key length" and it cannot be repaired. In internet I found advices to use DiskWarrior but I don't have it. As well I don't have any backup of datas on Macintosh HD. Is it any chance to repair this partition without using DiskWarrior?

Actually it wasn't matter of money but about the possibility to use any software to repair my disk because I don't have second mac to work with HFS+ partitions.

Seems like I managed to mount my Macintosh HD when I start from Recovery HD and connect external drive. I will try to copy my files, format and reinstall Mac OS.

So. I managed to copy all content of my Macintosh HD into backup folder on external hard drive. Afterwards I formatted my HD and tried to reinstall Mac OS. And here come troubles. I have same problem as I described in original post: when my mac is about to power off during shutdown sequence, I got kernel panic. After several kernel panics my mac doesn't boot again. Disk Utility says "Key not valid". AAAARRRRRGH!!!!

Resetting of PRAM and SMC doesn't help. Here is some information about kernel panic after another reinstallation of Mac OS:

I think I found the root of problems.

Seems like Boot ROM version of my mac mini was upgraded during installation of Mac OS 10.7.5 update (now it is MM51.0077.B10 but I didn't noticed which one was before), it was FirmwareEFIUpdate 1.6 which should improve some stuff http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1500. But instead I have troubles caused by HDMI connection to my TV. I tried to switch off my TV shortly after initiating of reboot or shutdown on my mac mini, and it works fine. But if my TV is switched on when I'm shutting down my mac I have kernel panic.

Does anybody knows is it safe to downgrade boot ROM version and how to do this? Or what will be solution for this issue?
