i want to activate personal hotspot on my iphone 5, but personal hotspot on my iphone is not highlighted, making it impossible for me to turn it on. I am based in Nigeria, but when my iphone was brought, it came with AT&T sim card. Now i am using MTN Nigeria Sim card. Why can't i work with personal hotspot?

You have to enable that hotspot "feature" with your mobile carrier in Nigeria.
How can i get my personal hotspot working on my iphone 5?
