I synced my iphone and laptop. The iphone calendar was empty and I meant to load my outlook to it. Instead I emptied my outlook calendar. Can I recover it?

I synced my iphone to my windows laptop. Instead of syncing my outlook to the iphone, it deleted my outlook (synced the empty iphone calendar to my outlook calendar). Can I recover it?
