What would be the best app for my ipad fourth generation to run for videos?
I am currently in school at UOP and I have videos that it wont completly download.
As a side note, I completely am in love with my ipad for me its the next best thing to sliced bread.

Try iSwifter or Puffin from the App Store.
There is no flash player for the iPad.
Put it in another way, iPad do not support Flash.
There are some browsers in the App Store that can display Flash by converting them on their server to .mp4.
For example: SkyFire Web Browser.

Adobe has not made a version of Flash for the iPad.

Because the iPad cannot support flash, you need one third-party software for you.
The kvisoft swf to video converter is very helpful. With it, you can convert flash/swf files to MP4 for playing on iPad.
