When booting or restarting MacBook Air my screen flashes. Anyone with this issue or a solution?

I have a early 2012 Macbook Air Core i5 running OS X 10.8.2
Since it took me a while to get a response from the community I decided to bring my Mac to the Apple store.
As usual, when you try to show the issue to someone the issue does not ocurr, but the representative did see some issues with my display including that is was flickering.
After receiving my Mac back I took it for and did notice the screen flashed on me once more when I opened up the clam (display). This is even after Apple changed out my display clam and logic board.
If you have heard of this issue and might have a solution please let me know.
Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic
test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether your problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
- Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
- When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
- If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled under OS X 10.7 or later, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.

Thank you for taking the time and posting.
I gave your instructions a try.
At first I let go of the power botton and notice I was not in "SAFE MODE".
Therefore, I gave it another try but this time I did not let go of the power botton and I went into "SAFE MODE". I knew I was in "SAFE MODE" because at the top right hand conner of the screen it states "SAFE MODE".
So, I did not get the flash on my display as before but remember mentioned that I do not always get it. I did notice that some of the application I have which start at log-in did not start in the "SAFE MODE".
There is a posibility you are right and maybe it is on of the applications which might be causing the flash.
Linc, you asked to post my results but other than the explanation I do not have anything to post.

The next time you have the problem, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Scroll back in the log to the time you noted above. Select any messages timestamped from then until the end of the episode. Copy them (command-C) to the Clipboard. Paste (command-V) into a reply to this message.
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Hope this puts some light on the subject because the flash just ocurred to me again this morning once I opened the clam from hibernation.

These are "ERRORS" I noticed but I do not think they have any relation to the issue I have discussed with you earlier. As you can see these errors ocurred right after the other sectin I copy and pasted to you earlier. As you will observe this incident ocuured at around 10:17am while the earlier incident ocurred around 10:15am, which is when I turned on the computer.

I'm not being helpful at all. You say Apple has already replaced the display and logic board under warranty. That means they knew you had a hardware fault. Either the replacement parts are defective, which sometimes happens, or they didn't replace something that needs to be replaced. You'll just have to find a way to reproduce the problem so you can demonstrate it to a "Genius." Don't take the machine back without testing it first.
