I had to wipe out my iphone how do i get my games back with the scores I had before?

Restore your backup. If the developer includes saved game data in the backups, it should be there.

restore your latest backup
If you had backed up your ipod before restoring, then restore from backup.
Otherwise you cannot.
I had to do a full restore due to corrupted Data, so I cannot Restore from Back Up.
