My iPhone 5 suddenly turned off and now won't turn on . I have held down both buttons but still noting . I know it's fully charged help xx

try again, plug your phone to the wall charger, then hold down the home/sleep button UNTIL you see the apple logo and then release, then wait until the phone boot backs up.
Tried this and held for at least 4 minutes and it didn't turn on ?......
With the phone plugged to the wall charger also?
