Hulu plus does not load

I recently purchased an Apple TV and all the other apps work perfectly fine. I subscribed to Hulu PLUS through iTunes as I did not have a subscription before purchasing the Apple TV and preferred to pay for it through my iTunes account.

It shows up in my iTunes account as subscribed but does NOT appear on my Hulu account.

Most troubling is that when I try to log into to the Hulu app on the Apple TV it lets me put in my account information but then will load only a blank screen.

I have tried resetting the device and iTunes on the computer. I have contacted Hulu support but they have not responded.

Has anyone else had this problem or heard of anything like this? Help please
