App Store is asking for an Apple ID to update iPhoto. My Apple ID doesn't work.

I had a bad sector on the hard drive on my Macbook Pro. I took it to the Genius Bar and they fixed it. I restored a Time Machine instance and everything was working just fine until I just received an Update from the App Store to update iPhoto. I clicked on the update and it is saying that I need to update this using the Apple ID I used to purchase the application. iPhoto comes with the OS, so that seems wierd, but I tried using my Apple ID and it doesn't work. What do I do?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
