Q: Migration Assistant

After I used Migration Asisstant between windows and Mac I got the files from PC on my mac not arranged in folders. Is it possible to find the same arrangement that was on windows? Is it possible to get my folders back?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
