My iphone is imei unlocked with at&t's permission, but when i restore an actualize it my itunes stop working with my iphone. I need to make the setup to use my iphone, what can i do?

No, I didn't receive the message, but in the AT&T webpage, I check the status of my phone and its unlocked. I used to have jailbrake, but I restored and updated the software to eliminate that, now when I connect my phone to iTunes appears blocked
It is not always possible to return a jailbroken device to a pristine state.
