MacBook Pro Fan Constantly Running

I have a year old 15inch MacBook Pro 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7, 4Gb Ram, 750GB hard drive, running OS X 10.8.2.

My fans run at 6500rpm all the time, I already reset the SMC a few times and they countine to run extremely fast. I can only be running safari and they still do the exact same thing? What should I do?
