With latest version of Itunes, I'm stuck on shuffling songs to playback as such. They playback shuffled on my PC but on other devices they playback alphabetically? I'm sure it's user error! Any suggestions?

Having problems with shuffling songs in playlist; they play on my PC shuffled but not when I playback in car, etc. They playback alphabetically.
