Checked movies will not sync over to iPhone (previously had no problem)

No matter what I do, checked movies will not sync to my iPhone 5 from iTunes on my iMac. I have tried rebooting, reconnecting the phone, unchecking, disconnecting, rechecking 3-4 times, to no avail. I have previously had no problem whatsoever since I purchased the phone in early October; this just started last week. Any advice? Thank in advance.
