I need to delete debit card information from apple ID account, and use iTunes gift cards...how do I do this?

Just redeem your gift card.
It will use the gift card balance first
You can go on iTunes on a computer. Launch iTunes and when it's up look for Store click on that an sign in if your already signed in click on view your account.. Enter your password then iTunes will show your apple Id info look for payment type on the right hit edit the take it off..
if you go to itunes, then navigate to itunes store click on view account, then go to payment type and after it loads the page where you select the card type(ex. Visa, Mastercard,etc) the last option should be none, click none and hit save and your done now there is no credit/debit card linked to the account
