my iPhone 4S has black and blue lines on the screen can it be fixed?

My iPhone 4S fell and when i looked at the screen it now shows blue and black lines it still works just isnt very possible of seeing what im doing on the screen can it be fixed? PLEASE HELP I need to know if its better to get it fixed or buy another iphone
