Hi every one
I faceing this problem every time I tried lunch itunes, I tried to uninstall and reinstall itunes many time but still facing same problem
My OS is Win 7 64 bit

That dll is part of Apple Appliction support.
Try repairing Apple Application Support from ControlPanel>>Programs&Features>>Apple Application Support>>Repair.
I did that but still same problem
Lets try something a little more draastic.
Do a complete uninstall of iTunes and related programs using the method here:

restart you PC.
Download and install iTunes

If you need QuickTime it's here:
I really uninstalled the itunes and all files and applications that related with it and then reinstalled itunes and Quicktime
but I'm still facing the same problem , I also tried to empty the Temporary files that found in Temp folder, But nothing from that was working

Just take the easy road and downgrade to V 10.7.0.21 here

I have W7 64 with8GB mem.
it's the same version that I have you can see the version in the error message

You could try updateing iTunes to the latest version if you are using v10

Not everynone likes v11, but it can be made to work pretty much like iTunes 10.
I wonder if ther is a muddle over the versions of Apple Application support. Do you have safari which also uses AAS?

It has been a long time since I post this question and I still facing the same problem , I also tried to install the last version from iTunes v11 without any avail
