Q: ePub with Pages: inserting page breaks that are not chapters

I can't find how to force a page break. Is responding well with Chapters, but not with subChapters or using page breaks, sections breaks etc..

Any experience like this?

Mac Pro, iOS 5

I have an opposite question. I DON'T want to begin a new page with each chapter (where I have heading1). What can I do to keep the chapters continuing on the same page? I only want the header for the TOC but not to begin a new page.
