    Open email

Press and hold your finger in the body of the email until options come up to Copy, Select All or Define

If area you wish to copy is already highlighted, then choose Copy

If you wish to copy entire email, choose Select All

If you wish a different partial area, highlight the area you wish to copy, then choose Copy

    Open Notes

Open the note you wish to paste to or select the + sign to start a new note

Press and hold your finger in the body of the note until the Paste option shows

    Select Paste

    You are done.
