None error messages appeared.
It recognizes the IPod and start the Synchronization but at the end nothing happens. And when I tried to selected what do I want to synchronize (music) doesn't show anything from the library. And also the accept option is not working.

Again, have you successfuly synced from this library before?
What method of syncing are you using? Aree yo following these instructions:
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

Jan 23, 2013 11:18 AM in response to lllaassby Fhernanda,I was successful with this library before. I tried the options that you posted and when I got to Resume nothing appears not the screen. As the matter of fact this is a different version of ITunes the 11.0.1.12. It is possible to post an image so you can see what I am talking about?

Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar and Control+B to show the Menu bar
The try like you successfully synced before.
Also, if you have videos/movies that do not sync see:
