MacBook Pro Retina Fan Issues

Hi,

I bought a macBook Pro Retina just under a month ago, and have been experiencing some issues with the fan speeds.

I can be just browsing the web or checking emails or playing music through iTunes, and the fans will spin up to full speed for a minute or so, and then return to normal.

I have reset the SMC, the PRAM and repaired the Disk and Disk Permissions, with no luck, I've also tried a full format and reinstall with no luck either.

I have seen that others have been experiencing similar issues, and wanted to get some advice on where I can go from here.

Attached below is a Screen Grab of my temps and fan speeds. The fans were at normal speed for a few minutes, then went up to a high speed, back down and then back up again, and kept repeating.

Thanks in advance,

James.

There has no evidence shows that 13 inch rMBP suffers the same issue(both this site and another big forum in China). Personally, one of my friend, who had bought a 13 inch 128GB version about three weeks ago still has the Samsung SSD( I am 100% sure because i did the test ). Whats more

from what I saw above at this thread , this fan issue also related with the nvidia GT650M. And 13 inch rMBPS only has integrated graphic card.

Long time Mac user, but just got the 2013 rMBR 15" and same issue (my 2012 rMBP doesn't have fan issue). Funny thing is - I thought something else was going on in the house or outside the first few times I heard the fan kick into high gear! I have that issue on a Mac Pro, but only when doing something that is stressing it...

Glad to see Im not the only one with this issue! Ive had a case open with Apple Care since November, had a total of 8 Replacement Machines and all have had this problem, it has been escalated up to "Senior Engineering" who are apparently investigating it and have confirmed its not right and appears to be a software issue.

The quickest and easiest way Ive got to reproduce it is as per forum member 'Habsuno' said, simply download a large file in Safari either over Wifi or Wired Ethernet and the fans will max out.

Its crazy they cant find a solution but ive sent the guys dealing with my case a link to this thread as well, might help!
