my on/off switch is not working?
my on/off switch is not working? what are my options from the $199. SERVICE FEE from AApple???

Well the $199 fee will be for a perfect replacement iPhone 4S exactly like your current one. If you want to try Virtual Power button, tap Settings App > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch > ON > tap the new white screen button > Device > Lock Screen. This button can even be use to turn iPhone OFF. To turn iPhone ON, connect to power, charger or USB of computer.
