Q: Time Capsule not functioning; reset not working, constant amber light and wifi not working????
Can't seem to get Time Capsule to work, is a constant amber light a power supply problem?
AirPort Extreme 802.11n (3rd Gen), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

What model TC is it.. how old?? Actual model number A1xxx from the rubber foot (or box if you still have it).
You listed a gen3 AEBS in profile but not the TC.
Dead disk is normally the issue for solid amber.. but I would power it off.. leave off for a few hours until fully cooled down and power on again.
Remove hdd if out of warranty.. and it should then start up.
