User B forwarded User A's meeting and it was sent AS user A

I have a user on iOS 6.0.1 using Exchange Active Synch via Exchange 2010. They forwarded a meeting informational update to two other users and the message was sent AS the meeting organizer user and not the sender. It did not "send on behalf of", but the email actually came from the meeting organizer with no indication that User B had sent it. I find quite a bit of info regarding iOS forwards or replies to calendar entries causing it to change the organizer to the person forwarding the item, but none where the email forward is sent as the original organizer.

Anyone know anything about this?
