Someone plugged their iphone into my...

A friend of mine plugged their Iphone into my old computer and my itunes automatically synced to their iphone. Now that I have a new computer, I can't figure out how to sync my ipod up without losing my songs. Is there a way to do this? PLEASE HELP.

Put down the iPod temporarily.

Copy your iTunes library from the old computer to the new computer.

When the new library is in good shape, sync your iPod.

The fact that somebody else's iPhone once synced to your library does not affect anything.
