yahoo server unavailable

Just got a Iphone 5 replacement. I was able to setup my Yahoo account while in the store however in the last couple of days I have run into problems sending email, receiving emails, and with my contact list. I have tried setting up a separate account only to have the outgoing server not to work. How do I setup my Yahoo account on this phone so that all email and contact problems will be resolved?
