I need to downgrade my iphone 4, so I can set up my APN number

I switched my iphone4 to straight talk, and need to set up my APN. I upgraded the phone recently to iOS6, and now can't seem to access APN screen.

iPhone 4, iOS 6

You cant downgrade ios versions
