After I installed Quicktime Pro, on Windows Vista am not able to open from desktop.
After downloading Quicktime Pro I can't open it from Quicktime at all.

There isn't a QuickTime Pro download.
Only the free QuickTime Player can be downloaded. You can then enable the Pro features after you purchase the registration.
