Why is taking so long to download rentals? Keeps jumping from 1 hour to 9 hours to download???

For some reason, about a month ago, I started having trouble downloading rentals on Apple TV. It goes from 1 hour to 9 hours sometimes!! It used to be so easy and fun to use our Apple TV.
