I am making a book and started it last year using all his resolution photos. Recently when I logged back in and added a more pictures I noticed that some of my previous phots are now showing a blurry (even though they are in fact a high resolution). Anyone know if they will print blurry or if I need to do something different. I'm not sure what happened.

Please check your Aperture version number. You find it in the "About" panel: From the main menu bar:
Aperture > About Aperture

It is really hard to guess what might have caused your images to get blurry in the book.
But to check, if they will print blurry, look at the preview of your book. That will show you exactly how it will be printed. See this support article:

You can look at the preview, without actually ordering the book. Is the preview also blurred?
