Q: I have an iphone 4s with FaceTime. When I use facetime I can see the person but they cannot see me. What do I need to do to fix this??

This typically happens when you're using FaceTime on a WiFi connection that is either not too strong or not too fast.

Use stronger and/or faster WiFi. Try cycling power on your router.
