refund on movie i didnt get to watch cause it didnt download
i rented total recall and it took forever to download and i didnt get to watch it cause the 24hrs where up and i didnt get to see it, i just want a refund

I am unable to download rented movie I want a refund.
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums. If you have a problem with your rental then you will need to contact iTunes Support - either use the link that roaminggnome gave, or the report a problem page.
