I have iPhone 5 I am trying to sync it with my Macbook Pro(Mid-2010) and I trying to do this like for 3 months. I tried to download music also from my iPhone using iTunes store, I can't even download music from iTunes Store. The music downloaded to my other devices over iCloud but I can't upload any music to my iPhone 5

Are you using the current iTunes (11.0.1) on your MacBook Pro? Do you have a recent enough OS X to support it (I believe you need at least OS X 10.6.8)?
You need a reasonalby current iTunes on your Mac to support iOS 6.
OS X (10.8.2), iTunes(11.0.1) I am using. I think this problem is about iOS because I can't even use iTunes Store on my iPhone 5. I need a dodge for get rid of from this problem. iPhone 5 and iOS announced lots of months ago but there is still no solution or update about that. I see that lots of people have same problem. I did't try restore my iPhone because lots of one tried also this but it is not working though. Please Help Me!
