My ipad crashes frequently

Hi,

Is it normal for an ipad to crash frequently? I was even on your app store trying to make a new ID and it kept crashing. How can I fix this? Other times it crashes for me is when I am browsing the web.

No, it is not normal to crash frequently. It would probably be best to restore it.

You would do that by plugging it into iTunes on your computer (using current iTunes, which is version 11.0.1). Then after syncing, click the "Restore" button on the right.
