iPhone Use Causing Motion Sickness

Just got my first iPhone 5 which is my first ever smartphone yesterday (Jan 22). While I'm using it, I feel OK but as soon as I stop, I feel dizzy, nauseous - classic motion sickness symptoms. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it particular to the iPhone or would it happen on all smartphones? The movement of the new retina display Macbook strains my eyes but I have never had this feeling produced from using any kind of computer before. Any help, comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hundreds (if not thousands) of people with similar complaints on Twitter (complaining of nausea, motion sickness, dizziness). Reduce motion helps, but the transition zooms are like watching a high-speed powerpoint presentation (with transitions). The ultra-bright color scheme doesn't help (I definitely have light-sensitive eyes). I can't stand iOS7!

What an un-caring selfish person you are...... Quit the sarcasm and accept that this OS version is causing a lot of people these problems......... Something that Apple must put right, and a Doctor can't...

Fortunately, it doesn't affect me, but I can see quite plainly how it might cause others difficulties.....

With iOS7, you can change your Wallpaper on your Lock-Screen and your Home-Screen. Trying various Wallpaper can change the overall coloration and perhaps have an effect on your reaction to using the phone. You can also Reduce Motion in iOS 7 and that could also be of some help to some users, including your reaction. Hope something works for you and any other users who are having similar issues. You might also try changing the font size to see if that makes a difference.
