facetime & imessages error "waiting for activation"..

hi,,

i have vodafone-pune(maharashtra,india) user.i have iphone 4s factory unlock.i have udated iphone os to latest one as on today.

my problem is a day ago i restored iphone to factory settings and then restored my backup.

after that when i tried to activate facetime and imessages,it shows error " waiting for activate".i tried many times but in vain.

also called vodafone customer care but they told no problem at their end.

neither facetime and imessages cant get activated ..what is the solution for that..
