Restore old email from TimeMachine

My harddrive crashed a while ago, unfortunately I couldnt run the TimeMachine-backup, but I have the backup on a separate harddrive.

My problem are my old e-mails. I took the folder from Library/Mail and that restored the inboxes and the e-mail folder that was saved on the MacintoshHD. The inboxes are filled with old email, but the email folders on the MacHD are all empty. Where do I find the saved emails on my old harddrive?
