MacBook Pro Start-up Issues

I'm having some issues with my MacBook Pro that is little over a year old. Whenever I try to start up my Mac, it'll make the power on noise and then go to the white screen with the grey apple like normal. However, a bar will then appear below the apple and slowly start to load. When it reaches about 1/4 completion, the computer will shut down and screen goes black. When I press the power button again, it does the same process over again. Is there any way that I can solve this problem?
