I am having trouble with my account
Every time i click on my account in itunes or click on redeem it loads but nothing but a white screen comes up- any ideas?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings.iTunes amd App stores and sign out and sign back in
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
