Using iphone 5 bluetooth in car

The problem with the car Bluetooth.

I had the Iphone 4s, everything worked well. Iphone 5 I bought, and I can not receive calls on my infiniti fx. I can make calls and talk. But when there is a call to me, I can not hear, and on the other side can not hear me. I can now make calls via Bluetoth, but just take the call by phone, switch the audio on Iphone.

I did reboot both systems, but it did not help.

Iphone 4s had ios 6

iphone 5 is ios 6.0.2

I am sure that the problem with ios.
