Cheating release date to affect search results

How do I complain to Apple about the iBookstore release date issue? I released my book in Children and Teens secion earlier this month. I would expect it to show up near the top when you go into iTunes on your Mac, or iBookstore on iPad when you sort the results by Release Date. It only shows 100 results, and every single one has a release date of either 2014 or later, so these authors cheat the system to get their books showing up on top all the time. How do I complain to Apple about this?
