iPod Touch 5th Gen, in my "Videos" menu it is showing either no thumbnail or the wrong thumbnail. It is showing the thumbnails from some of my iBooks for some of them! What's up with that?

Do the thumbnails in iTunes on the computer show the correct thumbnails.
If the do then
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all videos and books and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Thanks lllaass, that sounds a little complicated for me. I actually posted this question a little prematurely because I just solved my own problem. But, I will post my solution here so that it may help others. I am sure your solution would also work well.
I used a third-party program to copy my videos to my PC, then deleted them completely from the iPod, then reloaded them onto the iPod using the third-party program. Viola', all thumbnails fixed!
Don't want to get in trouble here, but I found the third-party program much easier to work with than iTunes. I suppose I can't mention it here since this is an Apple forum and all.....
