I have a document stored on iCloud which I would like to attach to an email I am sending also off iCloud (as I am currently using a public computer and do not want to download the document) - would I be able to do that or do I have to wait until I can download and then attach?

Attach and Send Files from Inside the Specific Application
Since this is Dec 2013, reply a little late.
What I discovered is that if you are in Numbers, Pages, or Keynote either download the file to iCloud and then have recipient (assuming on a differnet device) upload the file from iCloud.
Or use the Share feature in the Numbers, Pages, or Keynote app to create an email and attach the file to that email.
If you want to send multiple files you may have to open and send each file separately (don't know. Didn't try it).
could I attach an icloud file to an icloud email without having to download it?
