Do we need a dock to use the blood pressure wrist monitor

I Bought a blood pressure wrist monitor, I downloaded the app iHealth on my IPad, And I had the connection Bluetooth. I would like to Know If i need to buy a dock for the IPad.

what is the best thing to do ,now I can't take my pressure, there are no inflation.
