Im running Mainstage 2.1.3 with Lion 10.7.5
Hardware is: Malletkat Pro (midi keyboard) --> Mbox 2 -->Macbook
The concert is setup and running smoothly when suddenly Mainstage no longer recieves midi signal. Mainstage is not frozen, it simply stops registering a signal from the keyboard. Restarting Mainstage fixes the problem.

Don't know if you solved this problem - but I had the same issue and it turned out to be the MIDI cable going out of the MalletKat. After 20-30 minutes of playing the cable would work itself loose. The chrome ring around the pins on the end of this particular brand of cable was just a little bit shorter than others I had been using. I switched to a different brand of cable and also made a little velcro strap tie down to keep slack in the cable where it enters the MalletKat. Works fine now.
