everytime i open an app it closes it almost imdiantly if not it will wait 5-10 seconds. this happens with 97% of my apps. but everything is really laggy

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

why does my ipod keep closing all the apps when i try to bring them up(including itunes and the app store) and it is updated to 6.0.1?
