How do I enable my iPod 5 ?

It's locked & I don't know how to restore it or enable it.. Whatever. Can anybody help?! Pleaseee ? Thanks

Restore is covered in the manual

iPod touch User Guide (For iOS 6 Software)

If you are unable to restore, then type "unable to restore" into the search bar at the top of this page by Support and read the resulting help article.

If disabled

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
