iTunes Match on Apple TV & iPhone 5 (clean and explicit songs)

I got a question. I just found this out today. I was using my Apple TV (3rd generation). And the particular song I was listening to was explicit. The lyrics played out exactly how it should when I uploaded the song from the music CD I bought from Best Buy. But when I'm listening to that same song on the iPhone the song is clean and not explicit. I began to test out all the songs or albums that were reverted to clean when I uploaded them as explicit. I noticed that on the Apple TV the problem doesn't exist but it does on the iPhone.

Why is it that on the Apple TV the songs are what I wanted them to be which is explicit but on the iPhone its clean?
